About Little Creek Candles
I started making candles because I was tired of buying candles that did not burn well or scent right. What I
found was that using the high-grade designer type scents and all cotton wicks enabled me to create a
superior scented candle without smoke or soot. The following our some frequently asked questions.
About our gel
The base for these candles is Versageltm Gel. This Gel is produced from a gelled hydrocarbon base
which provides the additional advantage of transparency. I only use this patented gel. Your Little Creek
Candles will burn longer than wax and are a beautiful centerpiece in the evening.
Designs
The design of your candle may vary from those represented by the pictures on this site due to availability in
natural grasses, flowers and potpourri. The designs are protected with our two glass systems which
prevent any items on the outer layer from burning. Your design is preserved in the gel. After a refill is
inserted your candle will have the same appearance as when you first bought it.
Refills
Check our Refills page for full descriptions and examples of our refills. The refills are convenient, easy to
use, very lightweight and ship by US Mail. Orders of more than six refills are discounted for shipping.
Location
We are located just outside of the Xenia-Waynesville area by Ceasar Creek Lake. Just 5 minutes from
Route 71. Within 1/2 hour from Cincinnati and Dayton. If you are in our area and would like directions
please call. We are ONLY open by appointment on weekdays. Discounts are given for all pick up bulk
orders.
